We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute the personal information you provide us to third party advertisers. We will not use your personal information at all outside the intended reason for you providing it in the first place namely, for the sole reason of making a booking with ourselves.

Your credit card details are NOT held at all. All credit card specific information is transmitted to our partner 'Multicards' via a secure 128 bit encrypted connection which ensures your card details cannot be read or stolen. You can ensure this every time you go to enter you card specific details as you will see the term 'https//' in the address bar at the top of your internet browser. The 's' means that the connection is secure.



Booking Conditions.
By making a booking with ourselves you agree to follow and accept the conditions written below, namely;

(a) You agree to not make excessive noise or annoyance to your neighbours beyond which would be considered reasonable.
(b) You agree to reimburse to our representative the cost for any damages caused by you or any member of your party during your stay.
(c) You agree to pay in full any balance due upon arrival or at a mutually agreed time with our representative.
(d) You agree to inform our representative about your planned arrival times at least 1 week in advance of travel.
(e) You agree to call our representative upon your arrival to agree on a time to meet at the agreed meeting place.



Cancellation Policy
We have a very simple policy on Cancellations of bookings.
If you cancel your booking we will refund in full any monies paid inclusive of deposit and administration fee. Except if you cancel within 2 weeks of departure in which case you will forfeit both deposit and administration fee.
